What were the series of exercises during warmup calesthenics Posted Monday, May 8, 2017 04:45 PM While evesdropping on a table at lunch today, May 8, 2017, someone talked about doing 30 burpees a day as a great new exercise program-Hey! this is Silicon Valley, CA. I was immediaely transported to gym class where burpees were the (3rd?) in a series of exercises, I think.. So, the question: What was the full series? I have jumping jacks, followed by pushups, burpees, leglifts, and ending with treadmills? Am I right? And, for those of you who think I have lost my mind, or don't have a life-well-we should have lunch.
